As part of the 109th Jayanthi Celebrations of Shri Swami Satchidanandaji Maharaj and the 9th Anniversary of LOTUS, a Free Eye Camp was organized for the general public of Chettipalayam and nearby villages at LOTUS, Chettipalayam. The event, conducted in collaboration with Sankara Eye Care Hospital, took place on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A total of 192 individuals from the surrounding villages attended the eye camp and benefited from the services provided. Notably, 19 individuals were identified as needing cataract surgery. The program received positive feedback from the local community, reflecting its effective utilization and appreciation by the attendees.
